Raashii Khanna shared an update on her web series, Farzii 2 in a recent interview.
After Ajay Devgn’s Rudra: The Edge Of Darkness, Raashii Khanna received rave reviews for her performance in Raj & DK’s critically acclaimed web series, Farzi headlined by Shahid Kapoor and Vijay Sethupathi.
Meanwhile, fans are eagerly waiting for the second season of this thriller series after the nail-biting cliff-hanger in the first part. Meanwhile, Raashii Khanna, in a recent interaction with a news portal, opened up on Farzi 2. The Thiruchitrambalam actress shared that the next instalment of the series is likely to hit the shooting floors next year.
Raashii told Pinkvilla, “Farzi 2 mostly next year they will start rolling because they have to finish Citadel, then they have to do The Family Man 3, and then they will come to this.”

She further added, “So I think next year we will start shooting. We waited for this (Farzi Season 1) also for very long. We started shooting in 2020-end, and now it’s 2023. I hope it happens soon because I know people are really looking forward to it.” Besides Shahid Kapoor, Vijay Sethupathi and Raashii Khanna, Farzi also features Amol Palekar, Kubbra Sait and Regina Cassandra in important roles.
Earlier, in one of the interviews, Shahid Kapoor had hinted at the possibility of a crossover between, Farzi and Raj & DK’s other popular web series, The Family Man.
Speaking about films, Raashii Khanna will next be seen in Yodha alongside Sidharth Malhotra and Disha Patani.
