Prabhas made a promise to his fans at the recently held grand trailer launch event for Adipurush in Tirupati.
Prabhas recently graced the pre-release event of his upcoming magnum opus Adipurush in Tirupati alongside with his co-stars Kriti Sanon and Sunny Singh, director Om Raut and producer Bhushan Kumar. At the event, the makers unveiled a new trailer of the film which was followed by a performance on ‘Jai Shri Ram’ song.
While addressing the fans there, Prabhas said, “Om Raut and the team were shocked to see the response you [fans] gave. So, they wanted to release the film and the first trailer with fans. He decided that he will launch it in Hyderabad and in Telugu.”
He also promised them that he will do at least two-three films every year. The Baahubali star said, “You (fans) are our strength, and I love you. I am working on more films than my usual routine, and two or three movies of mine will be released each year. I intend to speak less and focus more on making films. This approach is better and easier for me. Is this acceptable?”
However, he also added that if there will be a delay in the release of films, that would be beyond his control. “If there are any delays in the release of the films, it’s not within my control. I will limit my speeches on stage and prioritize working on more films,” Prabhas said at the event.
The actor who plays the role of Raghava in Adipurush, further said, “Adipurush is not just a film; we consider ourselves fortunate to be a part of it.”
Helmed by Om Raut who had previously directed Ajay Devgn starrer Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior, Adipurush also features Saif Ali Khan as Lankesh and Kriti Sanon as Janaki along with Sunny Singh and Devdatta Nage in pivotal roles.
