One of the stuntmen who worked on the sets of Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan, spoke about how he was amazed by the superstar’s dedication and humility.
Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is a charmer not just on screen but in real life as well! No wonder, those who meet or work with him always have only sweet things to say about him. The latest person to be enamored by King Khan’s magic is a stuntman named Saddam from the sets of his upcoming action entertainer Jawan.
Saddam who was also seen in Dance Deewane, talked about how Shah Rukh Khan left him mighty impressed with his dedication and humility. A video is doing the rounds on social media in which he called SRK the ‘sweetest banda’.
Speaking about how he has not seen a more dedicated actor like him, he continued, “The heroes I work with are usually rough, who come and say I will do this and that. But he was not like that. He asked me how I am going to do that stunt, and checked on the safety. He was worried that I would get hurt and I briefed him about how it was safe,” he shared in Hindi.
Saddam further shared that Shah Rukh Khan would take initiative on the sets of Jawan and discuss the stunts. He said that the best thing about the Bollywood star was how he checked on him after the shot.
“Tu theek hai? (are you okay)” he would ask. Also, if the shot went wrong, he would immediately say it was his fault. I was amazed at what kind of a star he is. SRK is really different from anyone I have worked with,” the stuntman shared.
Recalling a particular scene in the film where Shah Rukh Khan has to fight some mean with his hand tied back, Saddam said that the superstar said that he would do it himself and gave a one-take shot. Further, he also recalled King Khan didn’t even use of a mat on the floor, that one usually adds for comfort.
Jawan marks the Bollywood directorial debut of Tamil director Atlee. The film also features Nayathara, Vijay Sethupathi, Sanya Malhotra and Priyamani.
