Hrithik Roshan was all praise for his co-star Jr NTR at a recent event held in Hyderabad to promote their upcoming film War 2.
Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR will be seen sharing screen space for the first time in Ayan Mukerji’s upcoming action thriller War 2. Recently, the makers of the film hosted the film’s only promotional event in Hyderabad where fans got to witness both the stars under one roof.
When Hrithik took to the stage, the Super 30 actor couldn’t stop praising his co-star.
Talking about the RRR star’s precision when it comes to giving a take, Hrithik said, “I see a lot of myself in Tarak. We have had very similar journeys for 25 years now, and I think Tarak sees a little bit of himself in me as well.”
He continued, “It is true when they say that he is a one-take, final-take star. On set, Tarak, I have not just observed you — I have learnt from you. I have learnt how to go into a shot 100% — not 99.99%, not 99.999%, but 100%. Which is why, when he comes out of a shot, there is no judgement on it. He will not even check the shot because he knows he has given everything to it. And I will apply that in my future films. Tarak, thank you for teaching me that.”
War 2 revolves around how elite operative Vikram is sent to hunt rogue agent Kabir when the latter becomes India’s most dangerous threat, thus igniting a global cat-and-mouse chase across six nations. The much-anticipated film also features Kiara Advani in a pivotal role.
