Anupriya Goenka shared her experience of working with Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan in the 2019 movie, War.

Anupriya Goenka caught everyone’s attention with her portrayal of an intelligence officer in Siddharth Anand’s 2019 blockbuster film, War featuring Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff. In a recent interaction, the actress was all praise for Hrithik and shared how the Bollywood superstar would offer suggestions and guidance on the sets of that film to establish camaraderie among the actors.

While speaking on IVM Pop’s latest podcast, the Padmaavat actress recalled, “To my naked eye he was so hot. I noticed him when I first met him. I was playing Aditi’s character and I had already shot a day or two without him and on the day of our shoot, the first time he comes and introduces himself like ‘hi I am Hrithik.’ I was like ‘obviously I know.’ And he is very sweet. He’s actually somebody who introduces himself to everyone everyday types you know to say hi.”

She further added, “One day he started talking about my character and he was this close to me, he was whispering because some stuff was going on. He used to talk about always bringing in emotions and he would come and suggest us and he would sit through scenes of other actors.”

Anupriya revealed on the podcast that Hrithik would offer suggestions and guidance to create camaraderie among the actors on the sets of that film.

Anupriya Goenka made her Bollywood debut with Vidya Balan starrer Bobby Jasoos in 2014. She went on to star in films like Dishoom, Padmaavat, Tiger Zinda Hai and War, to name a few. The actress is a familiar face on the OTT space as well and has web shows like Sacred Games, Criminal Justice, Abhay and Ashram to her credit. She was recently seen in Arshad Warsi-Barun Sobti starrer series Asur 2.
